RIGpros are CNC routers designed for professional use, and they are an upgraded version of our popular RIG series. These routers are equipped with powerful AC servo motors, a 5hp European-made spindle that automatically changes tools, Pop-up positioning pins, and a vacuum tabletop that can be used in multiple zones.

With this powerful router, you can process multiple nested panels. The servo motors allow for high speed and point-to-point accuracy.

Using the pneumatic pop-up pins on the router, you can easily position your material without wasting time on alignment. The zero start point remains constant for all your jobs, so you can use it repeatedly without resetting it.

Rig Series Details

Our compact routers are ideal for industry or craftsmen with limited space in their shop or garage. Heavy-weight but extremely powerful and versatile, the possibilities are endless with our routers. More powerful than a Porter Cable or 3 hp, our 5 hp spindle head can cut wood and aluminum at full 18000 RPM in either a single or 3-phase setting.

Vacuum hold down pumps

Unlike other CNC routers that would require huge, noisy and expansive vacuum pumps our clients can use small single phase or even 120V hold down pumps. This is due to our plumbing and zoning of the machine.

Economy option (Might require clamp assist on small parts)

This pump cost less than $700 and powerful for most applications that use large material surface. On smaller parts operator might need clamp assist.
